LIC’s Angus sires are naturally polled and black, making them a reliable choice for dairy-beef production. These sires have demonstrated highly reliable calving ease and have one of the shortest gestation lengths of all LIC beef breeds. Angus sires also show strong growth rates and the ability to finish and grade well, with proven marbling performance. These animals are bred by AngusPRO members using advanced genetic evaluation, large datasets and genomic information to drive ongoing genetic gains.
