In addition to the various factory-built reports MINDApro can produce, the software includes a tool which allows users to build their own custom reports from any of the information in MINDApro. The Custom Report builder offers you unparalleled levels of flexibility, to control both the appearance and information presented on the report.
You can choose one or more of your groups of animals to be included in the report. Owners of multiple herds can even include more than one herd in the report, provided the herds are upgraded to MINDApro. When you have finished building the report, you can save it and produce an updated report whenever you like.
Custom reports are designed to satisfy the most advanced users of MINDApro. Nevertheless, MINDApro has been designed to give you power without complications.
SELECTING ANIMALS TO INCLUDE ON THE REPORT
You can select from numerous criteria (if you wish) to determine which animals will be included in the report. For example, you could select animals with a high Breeding Worth, or animals with a recent vaccination record.
CONTROLLING THE LOOK OF THE REPORT
The report builder allows you to choose which columns you want to appear on the report from any of the information in the MINDApro program. You can adjust the width of each column, the order the columns are displayed in and the overall layout.
You can apply up to three levels of sorting, allowing you to rank animals on any column on the report.

MINDA Reports Focus
The Report of Calves Reared is a convenient way of getting the latest BW/PW of dam, the identity and indexes of the calf's sire, and the BW/PW of the calf.
The most common use of the report is to identify individual calves for sale when surplus calves are available.
